My Favourite School Day

Every Monday morning, I wake up feeling excited because I know it is going to be a great day at school.

When I arrive at school, I meet my friends in the playground. We talk and laugh before the bell rings and it is time to go inside.

My teacher, Mrs Henderson, is very kind and enthusiastic. She always makes our lessons interesting and fun. In the morning, we study English literature and read chapters from our favourite books. I love reading because it takes me to different worlds and teaches me new things.

At lunchtime, I sit with my best friends in the canteen. Today I have a cheese and tomato sandwich, some fruit, and a bottle of water. We talk about our favourite subjects and what we want to do after school.

In the afternoon, we have mathematics. At first I found it difficult, but now I really enjoy solving problems and figuring out new equations. Mrs Henderson says I have improved a lot!

After school, my friends and I play football in the park. We run, laugh, and have a wonderful time together.

By the time I get home, I feel tired but very happy. School is not just a place to learn. It is a place where I grow, make memories, and become a better person every single day.
