This free Insurance English course is for anyone who works in the insurance industry and needs to communicate in English. Each lesson includes a reading text using authentic insurance language, a language focus exercise on formal professional register, a guided conversation with a customer, an error correction task, and a listening exercise. All answer options in the comprehension exercises are paraphrased so you have to genuinely understand the language rather than match words on a page.
