Free IELTS Teacher PDF Beginners | Band 5–6 Practice

These two free lessons are a low-commitment way to introduce IELTS to students who are new to the exam. Lesson 1 works well as a first class activity — it gives students a clear overview of the test structure and band scoring without overwhelming them. Lesson 2 introduces True, False and Not Given reading questions with a short, accessible passage on urban beekeeping, suitable for B1 level learners.

Both lessons include a printable PDF with a student worksheet and a teacher answer key. They follow the same format as the full IELTS Foundation course, so they also work as a preview if you are considering using the complete series with a class.
