Daily English Vocabulary | Everyday English for Real Life | A1 to B1
About Course
Do you want to talk about your life in English — your routine, your home, the food you eat, the people you know? This free course helps you build the vocabulary you need for real, everyday conversations.
Starting at A1 level with essential words and phrases, and building up to B1 with more nuanced, natural language, each lesson focuses on a topic from daily life. You will learn new vocabulary in context, practise it through a range of interactive exercises, and test your listening with conversations between real speakers.
The four topics covered across all levels are daily routines and everyday life, food and drink, people and descriptions, and home and house. At A1 and A2 you will learn core vocabulary and practise it through exercises including listening, true or false, multiple choice, matching, gap fill, word sort, and completing a conversation. At B1 the exercises are more challenging — you will work on sentence transformation, error identification, and paragraph gap fill alongside the listening and multiple choice tasks.
All lessons are free and work on any device. There is no registration required. Each lesson includes a built-in listening activity using natural spoken English, so you can practise your reading and listening skills together.
Whether you are a beginner building your first vocabulary or an intermediate learner looking to use English more naturally, this course will help you find the words you need for everyday life.
