Language Focus
We use Wh- question words to ask for specific information, not just Yes or No. The word order is: Wh-word + am/is/are + subject...?

| Why | a reason | Why are you late? |
| How | a feeling/manner | How is the weather? |
Remember: after the Wh-word, the word order is exactly the same as a Yes/No question – am/is/are still comes before the subject. We answer with real information, not "yes" or "no".
