Client: Yes, it is dripping quite fast.
Plumber: Right. You need to turn off the stopcock. Do you know where it is?
Client: Yes, I found it. The water is off now.
Plumber: Good. I can come today at two o'clock. Is that OK for you?
Client: Yes, two o'clock is fine. How much will it cost?
Plumber: The callout fee is fifty pounds. After I inspect the problem, I will give you a full estimate.
Client: And how long will the repair take?
Plumber: Probably one to two hours, depending on the damage.
Client: OK. Can you confirm the appointment by text?
